Although it’s my philosophy that everyone is unique and there are no “rules” to success, I understand that people sometimes want clear action points to get started or back on track. And there are guidelines that will apply to almost everyone, and won’t cause harm.

My focus is on wellness – health for body, mind, and spirit.

Many people focus on weight loss, but that’s approaching things backwards, and you’re not likely to have success.

Weight is important for physical health, but your weight is a byproduct of your overall health and habits.

So focus on habits first. If I were to boil things down to “5 Rules”, here they are:

  1. Get Quality Sleep
  2. Take Time for Rest and Relaxation
  3. Eat Foods in Their Whole, Natural Form
  4. Drink Water
  5. Move and Be Active Consistently, Every Day
